 Click to view full-size. 1935 TRADE MARK MONOPOLY GAME This is Parkers Brothers (PB) first manufacture run of the Game of Monopoly and it is the first Standard Edition #7, usually referred to by collectors as a BLACK BOX EDITION. There were 2 versions with this being the earlier version. Main identifiers, Salmon colored $500's, either of the 2 early Game instructions (described later) Parker Brothers signature on the Board GO square, specific box dividers and platforms, low profile hotels, blank back property cards, and specific Chance and Community Chest Cards.
